We use GroupFunnels on all our Facebook groups and with clients to collect email addresses. Think of Facebook groups as an opt-in and this is the tool that makes life easy for you as a social media manager.
This isn't a cheap investment but is worth every penny in our opinion, and if your clients are using Facebook groups and trying to grow their email list this tool is essential.
When we go live we use Ecamm and people ALWAYS ask about it. Ecamm allows you to bring on multiple guests, add logos and slides and all sorts of other fancy things. If you or your clients use live video a lot this is definitely worth the investment (only available on Mac though)
If your clients are using video then you absolutely must add captions. Rev is our transcriber of choice, they rarely make a mistake in our experience. You can download an SRT file to add to Facebook, LinkedIn etc or use a tool like Kapwing to ‘burn' the captions on permanently. Get $10 credit by clicking the image above.
